Balenciaga's inaugural collaboration with PUMA debuted at Paris Fashion Week as part of the luxury brand's Fall/Winter 2025 presentation. The collection spans footwear, apparel, and accessories, merging elements from both labels.
The centerpiece of the collaboration is the Ultrasoft Speedcat, a reinterpretation of PUMA's increasingly popular Speedcat OG model. Available in white, navy blue, and black colorways, the design maintains the racing-inspired silhouette while introducing a deliberately worn aesthetic through deconstructed foam panels and aged suede uppers. Branding remains subtle, limited to PUMA embroidery on the toe box and small co-branded details between the panel stripe and eyelets.
The apparel selection balances restraint with athletic functionality, offering tracksuits, bomber jackets, and zip-up hoodies alongside leather jackets, puffer vests, and a suede bathrobe. Accessories complete the range, including caps with cutout visors, socks, gloves, oversized goggles, and a Marché Bag tote reimagined as a Dyneema shopping bag.
The collection represents a meeting point between Balenciaga's luxury approach and PUMA's sportswear heritage, with each piece reflecting elements of both brands' design languages.
