Davide Dev has released his new single "On & On", available from Friday, March 7, 2025, via Sony Music Italy. The track marks a significant return for the Italian DJ and artistic director who has been a fixture in Milan's club scene since 2014.
"On & On" is described as a liberating tribute to 90s house music, centered around the iconic Korg M1 piano sound. Unlike Dev's previous work, which heavily relied on sampling techniques, this release focuses on analog sounds while maintaining his signature style through dreamy, synthpop vocals.
The single was produced in collaboration with Granato, the Italian musicians behind Marracash's hit "Giorni Stupidi". The result is a track designed to energize dance floors with its rhythm and melody.
The artwork for the project was created by Miro Rossin, a young graphic designer and DJ from Milan's underground scene. The minimalist cover features a switch with two "ON" positions, symbolizing the track's title and energy. The canvas explores different contexts for this switch concept, highlighting the versatility of the track.

Dev's 2024 was marked by several achievements, including DJ sets, a vinyl-exclusive EP that sold out by September 2024, and the success of his first single "Groovin' Out the Party", which debuted at San Siro during the Milan-Inter derby and at the Nitto ATP Finals.
Since beginning his career, Dev has been influenced by late 90s French touch music. His extensive musical knowledge has positioned him at the intersection of mainstream and underground music, with a repertoire spanning Filter House, Rap, Disco, Funky House, and Bassline.
This versatility has led to performances at top clubs and festivals across Europe, as well as appearances on prestigious radio stations including Rinse FM, The Other Radio Cape Town, Rinse France, and M2o Radio. He has also collaborated with high-profile brands such as Bvlgari, Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and GQ.
In addition to his solo work, Dev co-directed two platinum-certified albums for Italian pop star Ghali and has shared stages with artists including Breakbot, Jayda G, Diplo, Jackmaster, Peggy Gou, Kilimanjaro, and Benji B.
"On & On" is available on all digital platforms.
