Last night, the fashion capital of Italy had a big change.

Doja Cat brought her amazing talents to Milan's SNAI San Siro. The Grammy-winning artist delivered a fantastic performance. It showed why she's one of the most talked-about acts in modern pop and hip-hop.

From the moment the lights dimmed, it was clear this wasn't going to be just another concert. The stage, a futuristic wonderland of neon and chrome, set the scene for Doja's grand entrance. Emerging from a giant, glittering disco ball, she launched into "Woman," her voice soaring over the roar of 80,000 fans.

The setlist was a curated journey through Doja's music. It heavily featured her latest album "Planet Her". Hits like "Kiss Me More" and "Need to Know" drove the crowd wild. Deeper cuts showed her skill as an artist.. A surprise performance of "Mooo!" - the viral hit that first put her on the map - was met with ecstatic cheers from day-one fans.

Doja's stage presence was nothing short of magnetic. One moment, she was doing complex dance moves with her dancers. Then, she was alone at the mic. She was singing with raw, emotional vocals. They silenced the huge venue. She changed costumes often. They were fabulous, with each one more outrageous than the last. They were a nod to Milan's fashion legacy.

The production value was off the charts. During "Say So," the whole stadium became a giant TikTok video. Fans' faces were projected onto huge screens as they followed the viral dance. For "Get Into It (Yuh)," a troupe of aerial performers made the air above the crowd into a circus. They did gravity-defying feats..

Between songs, Doja charmed the audience with her quirky humor. She even tried a few phrases in Italian. "Mi piace la pizza!" she proclaimed to thunderous applause, endearing herself further to her Italian fans.

The night reached its zenith during the encore. As the opening notes of "Boss B*tch" rang out, fireworks exploded from the stage, painting the Milan sky in a riot of color. Doja was atop a rising platform. She seemed to touch the stars as she belted out the empowering anthem.

As the final notes faded and the lights came up, the buzz in SNAI San Siro was palpable. Doja Cat hadn't just performed in Milan. She had given the city an experience it would never forget. Critics often bash the music scene for its overly produced, soulless shows. But, Doja proved that with talent, creativity, and a bit of weirdness. Pop concerts can still be real and joyful.

Milan has hosted many legendary performers. But, last night, Doja Cat carved out her own place in the city's rich musical history. Fans spilled onto the streets. They were still singing and dancing. One thing was clear: Planet Her had found a new home in Italy.

Last night we were also there through our photographer Matteo Vetrano. Below are some shots through the lens of his camera.
