Founded in 2007 by Jody, as a heartfelt tribute to his own Nonna Maria, this pioneering restaurant has evolved from a quaint local Italian haunt to a global gastronomic phenomenon, where the love and tradition of grandmothers' cooking from around the world converge.

Each chef brings a piece of their homeland to the kitchen, creating a vibrant tapestry of flavors, textures, and aromas that reflect the rich cultural diversity of their native lands. Here, the scent of cultural harmony wafts from the kitchen, as customers' hearts are warmed by dishes and stories that evoke memories of their own grandmothers' kitchens, where love, tradition, and warmth blended with every savory bite.

The aromatic essence of slow-cooked ragù, reminiscent of Italy's rolling Tuscan hills, the tender crunch of fresh vegetables, similar to those found in Japan's vibrant markets, and the rich flavors of slow-simmered stews, evoking Argentina's hearty asados, all combine to transport patrons back to a time when mealtime was a sacred family ritual, filled with laughter, storytelling, and warmth.

As a nod to the timeless tradition of grandmothers everywhere, the final seating is at 7:30 p.m., a gentle reminder to savor the warmth and love that only a grandmother's cooking can provide, much like Nonna Maria's own kitchen, where Jody spent countless hours learning the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine, surrounded by the warmth and laughter of family gatherings, and where the restaurant's culinary journey began.
