The esteemed London auction house @christiesinc has revealed an upcoming sale featuring more than 200 items from Westwood’s personal wardrobe. This summer’s auction will showcase some of the most sought-after and pioneering pieces from Westwood’s fashion line, including garments from the AW83 ‘Witches’ collection, the AW98 ‘Dressed to Scale’, and the AWO5 ‘Propaganda’ series, the latter being among her most politically charged creations.
