LUIS SAL WINS AGAINST FEDEZ

Let’s be clear: for Federico Lucia, also known as Fedez, it’s not exactly a time to remember. The latest development involves a legal battle for control of the company Muschio Selvaggio Srl, which ended in favor of Luis Sal. On May 28, 2024, the Milan Court made a reserved decision. It was made public today. The court definitively rejected the appeal filed by Doom (Fedez’s company) against Luis Sal’s company. Lawyer Nicolò Ferrarini of the Modena Bar defended the company. This action thwarted Fedez’s last attempt to regain the podcast.

After the seizure, Luis Sal took over the podcast management from the rapper. Today, they met at a notary's office. There, Luis Sal's ownership was officially recognized. He now holds all the company shares. This follows Doom's agreement. He recognized the transfer to Luis Sal in December 2023, under Luis Sal's terms.

The judges applied a unique law. It is among the first made in Italy on the functioning of the statutory clause called the “Russian roulette”, the subject of the dispute. They confirmed that Luis Sal’s company has the right to acquire the shares of Fedez’s company. This is despite Fedez’s obstinacy in not following the statutory rules. The Judges saw the rules' meaning as “clear”.

At the same time, Fedez’s mother, Annamaria Berrinzaghi, resigned from her job as administrator of Muschio Selvaggio Srl. She did this in favor of Zubaer Adbhuiya Hossain and Lussorio Piras (co-founder of the music label Thamsanqa). Both were appointed managing directors by the company Luisolve Srl, which now has control.
