UK grime artist Skepta and PUMA have released a new version of their Skope Forever Mid collaboration, featuring black leather uppers and distinctive turquoise laces.
The latest iteration of the Skope Forever Mid (SKU: 399453_01) presents a sleek colorway officially described as Flat Dark Gray/PUMA Silver/PUMA Black. Priced at $220 USD, the sneaker combines black leather with gray mesh panels, creating a versatile urban silhouette.
Chrome accents appear on both the heel counter and sole, where a special Skepta x PUMA wordmark adds signature branding to the design. The eye-catching turquoise laces provide the only bold color accent against the otherwise monochromatic palette.
This release follows the original Skope Forever Mid introduced in October 2024, which featured hiking-inspired brown leather uppers. Both models build upon the foundation of the standard Skope Forever launched in Spring 2024, incorporating Y2K sneaker aesthetics with practical, utilitarian elements suitable for both trail and street wear.
The collaboration extends beyond footwear to include matching gloves, continuing the accessory lineup that has accompanied previous releases in the partnership.
December 2024 saw Skepta showcase Season 2 of his MAINS clothing label during London Fashion Week, accompanied by a limited-time pop-up store featuring his "elevated streetwear" collection. These fashion ventures represent the artist's expanding creative presence beyond music.
