RAINS has unveiled Suva, a new waterproof fabric, as part of its Spring/Summer 2025 collection. This launch represents the first time the Danish lifestyle brand has introduced a new material to its rainwear lineup.
The Suva collection includes breathable hardshell jackets and pants that combine functionality with modern design, suited for urban settings. The fabric itself is a soft, lightweight three-layer (3L) material with a matte finish that balances breathability, comfort and durability. It features mechanical stretch for freedom of movement while maintaining waterproof and windproof properties.
The Suva Hardshell Jacket incorporates waterproof taped seams, a coated zip closure and an adjustable drawstring hood. It comes in several variations: standard fit, standard with chest pockets, long style, and short anorak. Each design includes a rubberized branding detail that contrasts with the minimalist design.
The collection also features the Suva Hardshell Pant in both regular and wide-leg styles. These pants are made from the same lightweight 3L fabric and include a zip fly closure, elasticated back waistband, and matching rubberized branding.
All items from the Suva collection are now available through RAINS stores and their website.
