“Every second counts” is one of their mantras (yes, the inspiration from The Bear is clear) and it’s an invite to live each moment in a state of delightful emotion.

Besides the 3-4 days hideouts, Desa Yoga also organizes intown-daily retreats and corporate off-site meetings.

December 5 to 8, 2024 you have the opportunity to attend one of their gatherings at Rifugio Val Di Togno, a stunning chalet in Valtellina, 2 hours away from Milan by car. #3 “Lux Aeterna” is a 4-days experience and you can be sure it’s gonna go far beyond what you would expect from a yoga retreat.
