Oakley has expanded its design portfolio by partnering with esports organization 100 Thieves to create a specialized eyewear collection that bridges performance technology and gaming culture. The collaboration introduces two distinct pairs of glasses that cater to both digital and physical performance environments.
The collection features two models: the HSTN Trigger 100T Grey Smoke and the Radar EV Path 100T Matte Black, priced at $205 and $251 respectively. Each pair integrates unique design elements that reflect the intersection of gaming aesthetics and functional eyewear.
The HSTN Trigger frames represent a dedicated gaming eyewear solution, incorporating Oakley's Prizm™ Gaming 2.0 lens technology. These glasses are engineered to reduce eye strain during extended streaming and gaming sessions. Conversely, the Radar EV Path 100T Matte Black offers a more versatile design, featuring an iridescent Prizm™ Road lens suitable for outdoor activities.
A distinctive "Geo-Print" pattern, inspired by videogame heads-up display maps, adorns both frames. This graphic element is complemented by 100 Thieves branding etched into the lens and additional logos on the frame, creating a cohesive design language that speaks to the gaming community.
Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, founder of 100 Thieves, commented on the collaboration: "These glasses serve dual purposes for our community. The HSTN blue light glasses help maintain focus during streaming, while the Radar EV sunglasses are perfect for activities outside the gaming world."
The collection is now available through both Oakley and 100 Thieves online stores, offering fans and performance enthusiasts a chance to experience this unique crossover between gaming culture and premium eyewear design.
